[accordion_item title=”ODTUG” ]Oracle Development Tools User Group (ODTUG) is an independent, not-for-profit global organization providing education, support, advocacy, and networking opportunities for more than 20,000 Oracle technologists and managers.

YCC has provided association management services for ODTUG since 1993. Our services include: membership management, financial oversight, board of directors coordination, user group coordination, advertising, web development and maintenance, database management, committee coordination, vendor relations, and publishing the Technical Journal four times a year. YCC is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of two websites for ODTUG, and (the site devoted to ODTUG’s annual conference).

ODTUG’s annual conference, ODTUG Kscope, is considered the premier conference for developers in the Oracle community worldwide. This conference attracts more than 1,400 participants and more than fifty sponsors and exhibitors. Approximately 1,000 abstracts are submitted and reviewed by several teams of experts. The agenda includes more than 250 technical sessions, panels, and hands-on-training. The networking aspects of the conference include a pre-conference Community Service Day, Welcome Reception, Speaker and Volunteer Appreciation Reception, and Special Event. The success of the annual ODTUG conferences has led to the creation of the Seriously Practical brand of more intimate conferences which draw expert speakers and instructors from around the world.

Alliance of Comprehensive Planners (ACP) is a diverse community of fee-only financial planners passionately dedicated to serving clients first. ACP is a professional community of advisors who use a suite of proprietary financial planning tools and processes that have been refined over more than 20 years. Members are trained in the acclaimed ACP System: a retainer-based financial planning system for high client retention, consistent cash flow, and profitability. We believe in comprehensive planning services using a turnkey system with no product sales; but we are more than just a training system, we are a community.

YCC serves as the association management company for ACP. As such we handle membership, finances, website development and maintenance. Board of Directors and committee support, marketing and social media, webinars, continuing education, and all aspects of conference management and planning.

YCC manages all aspects of nCino’s annual user conference called nSight, as well as their staff events. The nSight conference is designed for all nCino users and strategic partners as well as bank leaders and executives. The conference started in 2013, there were 200 attendees in 2015, and just like the company’s own growth, is expected to more than double its attendance in 2017.

RTI International is one of the world’s leading research institutes, offering research and technical solutions to governments and businesses worldwide in the areas of health and pharmaceuticals, education and training, surveys and statistics, advanced technology, democratic governance, economic and social development, energy, and the environment.

The 3-D Architecture for Semiconductor Integration and Packaging conference provides attendees the opportunity to learn—from presentations and networking discussions—about the status and capability of various competing technology solutions, commercialization plans, and near- and long-term applications and market opportunities. Approximately 40% of the participants are from outside the United States. YCC has been providing the full array of conference management services for this conference for eight years.

The user group was established over 20 years ago with the purpose of bringing together Oracle professionals for learning and networking. GaOUG’s mission is to grow the Oracle user community throughout Metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia through networking opportunities.

YCC provides conference planning and on-site support, including registration services, abstract processing services, speaker coordination, publications development, marketing, and vendor sales.[/accordion_item]

The Angel Resource Institute (ARI) is a nonprofit charitable organization devoted to providing education and research about best practices in the field of angel investing and entrepreneurial development. The programs of ARI include educational workshops, research projects and quarterly activity reports (The Halo Report), mentoring, and information about start-ups and early-stage businesses for the general public. ARI training/educational materials are customized to fit the context and market environment of every state and country where programs are delivered.

YCC provides the management of the data collections for the Halo report, marketing and sales for the workshops, Updating of training materials and other administrative support.[/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”Angel Capital Association”]The Angel Capital Association (ACA) is a professional alliance of more than 200 angel groups in the United States and Canada. The goals of the organization are to share best practices, develop industry benchmarks for success, advise members on processes and relationships with entrepreneurs, promote regional collaboration among angel groups, encourage individual angel investors to join angel organizations, and assist in research efforts in the field of angel investing. ACA presents an annual three-day Summit and is attended by more than 600 participants and 30 sponsors and exhibitors. YCC has been providing full conference and event management services for this Summit for six years.[/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”Utah Oracle Users Group (UTOUG)”]Utah Oracle Users Group (UTOUG) is a long-standing professional organization with the goal of advancing and enriching IT professionals who share a common background in Oracle products. As a member-based volunteer group, they believe in promoting IT excellence through their people and their program development.

YCC provides conference management and planning services including development and management of conference plan and budget, publications development, speaker coordination, on-site logistics, and vendor sales.[/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”International Symposium on Computational Wind Engineering”]Scientists, academicians, technologists, architects, and engineers from around the world assembled at the Fifth International Symposium on Computational Wind Engineering in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, May 23-27, 2010. The International Association of Wind Engineering co-convenes the Computational Wind Engineering symposium every four years in rotation with one of its three global regional organizations. Using YCC’s tool for abstract submission, review, and selection, the conference included more than 150 presentations and posters.

YCC provided conference planning and on-site support, including registration services, abstract review services, speaker coordination, publications development, and exhibit marketing and management at the International Symposium on Computational Wind Engineering. The 19th International World Wide Web Conference (WWW2010) was hosted by NC State’s Institute for Advanced Analytics at the Raleigh Convention Center on April 26-30, 2010. This important global initiative attracted more than 1,500 researchers, innovators, standards bodies developers, users, entrepreneurs, and commercial ventures to discuss and debate the evolution and future of the World Wide Web.

Thought leaders who are passionate about the impact of the web on society and culture presented world-class research, workshops, tutorials, panels, and late-breaking posters. The conference featured keynote speakers including Vint Cerf, widely known as the father of the Internet, and Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web. The conference included several plenary sessions, breakfasts, lunches, breaks for two days, three special receptions/events, an exhibit area, poster sessions, and more than 250 presentations in ten concurrent sessions.[/accordion_item]
